The Establishment
The Establishment is a typical Liechtenstein legal entity. It may be used for commercial (business, real estate) or non-commercial purposes (similar to the foundation). As a legal entity, the Establishment is entered in the Public Register.

The Limited Company by shares
The stock corporation is an international recognised legal form. Its legal framework has been adjusted to the European company law. The stock corporation is a legal entity entered in the Public Register of Liechtenstein. According to the statutory regulations, the purpose and the activity of the stock corporation is manifold, but especially
  • international finance and commercial transactions,
  • real estate business,
  • participation to other enterprises.
The Trust registered
The Trust registered is a legal entity, entered in the Public Register of the Principality of Liechtenstein. The purpose of the trust reg. may be commercial, or non-commercial. Its organisation and application is similar to the objects of the establishment.
